Refund policy

You received the wrong item

We're human so unfortunately mistakes may happen. Although all orders are double checked before being sent to you, it can happen that we send you the wrong item. Please send a photo of the incorrect item you've received to sales@wrighteouswear.com or send a letter to 71 Towerview Dr, Martinsburg, WV 25404 and our crew will follow up with you.

You received a damaged/ faulty item
Quality is a top priority here at Wrighteous Wear, so it upsets us when you've received a damaged or faulty item by mistake. In this case you do not need to return the item. The only thing we need you to do is send us an email to (sales@wrighteouswear.com) stating your order number with a photo of the damaged item/s. If we can see on the photo it is damaged, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge ASAP.
If you meet the above criteria please shoot us an email to sales@wrighteouswear.com so our Crew can assist you.

We do not offer refunds if

You've ordered the wrong size. All products have measurements and due to hygiene and health reasons we are unable to accommodate a change in size.
You want a refund/return because you "changed your mind". 
The item(s) have been worn or washed
The item(s) have been altered in any way
The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition, unless the condition is our fault
The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
The item(s) were a Final Sale item

Exceptions / non-refundable items
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@wrighteouswear.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
